Timberline is nestled in the Star City area which is a quiet, peaceful, and a friendly place to live. For those who enjoy staying active doing activities such as, bicycling, jogging with a friend, an evening stroll, or a walk with man's best friend, the neighborhood is very foot traffic and bicycle friendly. Suncrest elementary is a highly rated elementary school which is located beside the community. The Suncrest middle school, also highly rated, is located a mile a half from the community. The neighboring storage facility is on the opposite side of the community providing convenient storage options. Across the street, you will find the Social Security office and the National Energy Technology Laboratory. We are in within walking distance to the rails to trails which runs from Marion County to Preston County. WVU Medicine and Mon General Hospital, both trauma hospitals, as well as West Virginia University (WVU) are within a 10-minute drive. We are on a Mountain Line Transit (MLT) for those who utilize public transportation.
Pets are welcome with an additional $250 non-refundable pet deposit and a $25 - $50 monthly pet rent depending on a number of factors. We have no weight or breed restriction. All pets must be screened through petscreening.com.
