|Recommended: YesNice, affordable, pet-friendly apartment complex in a safe community — Given that Timberline apartments were built in the 1960s, the complex is well-maintained and safe. The office and maintenance staff are friendly and responsive. I liked the location because the complex is close to WVU's Evansdale campus and Route 79. Rent is very reasonable at Timberline considering the quality of the apartments and all of the amenities swimming pool, tennis court, basketball court, gym, and two laundry facilities . My only complaint is that many residents do not use leashes with their dogs or pick up their poo.
|Recommended: YesLove it here. No complaints so far. — My experience at Timberline Apartments for the past few months has been the best it's been since living in Morgantown. Quiet and clean neighborhood with friendly staff. Would not have a problem recommending anyone to live here.
|Recommended: YesBetter bargain, good overall — The price for the space is perfect. The grounds are great, the apartments could use some updating. Better insulating so electricity bills aren't crazy, newer appliances for energy efficiency.
|Recommended: YesGood To Stay specially for Family people — I have been here for the last 4 yrs with my family and little kid. The community is really nice. The landscape viewing is good from most of the apartments. Huge parking lot, play ground, pet friendly apartments. There is little bit insulation issues, but only matters during snow. The maintenance people are really nice and helpful. All the time the maintenance people are available. The best thing is the huge open area, feels fresh air and sun light available from any parts of the apartments and community area. I strongly recommend people to consider this apartment.
|Recommended: YesSafe and friendly — Friendly people, friendly dogs, safe area and reasonable rent. Also management and maintenance is always on top of everything and very friendly.
|Recommended: YesGreat — It's a good place to live.
|Recommended: YesGreat place to live and super management team. — Affordable, children and pet friendly. A safe location where the entire community looks out for eachother.
|Recommended: YesWonderfully maintained and quiet homey place to live — The management and maintenance are the best part. You discuss any issues with Rob He'll do his best to take care of them. You submit a work order to maintenance Most of the time they'll fix it that day. The apartments are a little old so things in the buildings are bound to have some issues, and it sucks not having a washer dryer, but they just updated the entire laundry-mat to make paying to do it easier. It's in a good location, close to everything and like I said, quiet. I'd recommend it to anyone
|Recommended: YesTimberline is hands down the best complex I've ever lived in — The staff at Timberline are the most helpful complex staff I've ever encountered. My five star rating is because of them. One time, I showed up at the office at 5 01 to pick up a package and the employee that had just closed up unlocked the door and got my package for me. The maintenance staff always shows up within a few hours of when I place a maintenance request and they never leave a mess in my apartment. Everyone at Timberline goes above and beyond for the residents.
|Recommended: YesFamily place — Good place for families to stay with good amount of facilities.
|Recommended: YesBest place I've lived in Morgantown — Close to campus but very quiet.
|Recommended: YesVery nice family living — Being in Morgantown, you're met with nothing but college living. Between prices and conditions and neighbors, apartment living for families seems impossible. Timberline breaks the stereotype of living in an apartment in a college town by offering well kept, affordable family oriented living. The playground and pools are excellent for those with children and management and maintenence employees are some of the best Great place
|Recommended: YesOlder apartments, but great community. — I appreciate the profezsional atmosphere of my neighbors and the staff. The buildings are quite old, but they have been maintained relatively well, they allow pets for a reasonable amount, which is not always easy to find in morgantown. The amenities like pool laundry fitness center are great bonuses. Though it would be great to have access to the fitness center at night, maybe with key access, but overall it isnt a huge inconvenience.
|Recommended: YesVery affordable apartments — Yes, I would definitely recommend especially for bachelors.
|Recommended: YesWell the worth the cost. — The area is very quiet and relaxing. It is not like any other place in town, the setting is alittle out of the way. Even though it is out of the way it is worth the trade not to live down with traffic and noise
